How To Measure

Measure Windows:: Window measurements needed: Add the width and height measurements in inches, =(United Inches) rounded up to the next inch. Measure from side to side for width and top to bottom for height. (See illustration); Note: Tempered glass is a building department requirement and must be added as an option on windows that are within 18 inches from the floor, at a stairway landing, in a bathroom tub/shower stall, or on entry door side lites..

Measure Patio Doors:: Measure the total door frame in feet, rounded up to the nearest foot. (See illustration) Most 2-lite doors are either 5 or 6 feet wide. For other configurations, please see the View Products page.

Measure Awnings:: Measure Awnings: Measure from side to side. Any width from 8 feet wide to 35 feet wide. Projection Maximum projection is 13 feet. Standard projections include, 4' 2", 5' 7", 6' 11", 8' 7", 10' 2", 11' 6", and 13 feet.
